Application and Enrollment Process
The NSLC seeks outstanding high school students from around the world who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership ability. Students must be attending 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade and maintaining at least a “B” average at the time of enrollment.
Step 1- Nomination & Selection
Students are selected by the NSLC to attend through counselor nominations, alumni nominations, talent identification programs, and merit applications.
Step 2- Enrollment Application
You should complete an NSLC Enrollment Application online or call the NSLC office at 1-800-994-NSLC to request an application be mailed to you. A $350 tuition deposit should be included with your application. If you are accepted to the NSLC, this deposit will be applied to your tuition. If your application is not accepted, or if you are placed on a waitlist and not eventually accepted to a program, your $350 tuition deposit will be refunded to you.
Step 3- Acceptance and Forms Completion
Upon admission to the NSLC, you will be mailed a NSLC Acceptance Packet, which will include detailed program information and your NSLC username and password for completing your required forms online. Forms should be completed as soon as possible after receipt of the Acceptance Packet. If you lose your username or password, or are unable to access the forms online, please call us at 1-800-994-NSLC. This packet is generally mailed to you within two weeks of your admission.
Step 4- Attend an NSLC Conference
That’s it. Once you have completed your forms and your tuition is paid in full, you can look forward to an amazing experience.
