Our programs emphasize the importance of thinking of your potential impact not only locally but globally, a perspective enhanced by a diverse and far-flung student population. Accordingly, the NSLC is proud to welcome and encourage students from around the world.
International Ambassadors
NSLC’s International Ambassador program seeks to:
- Provide a way for prospective students to connect with alumni who understand their age-specific and culturally-specific concerns
- Give high school alumni a chance to continue to develop their communication and leadership skills
- Provide exceptional alumni an opportunity to earn an additional letter of recommendation for college applications or future positions with NSLC
We encourage you to find your country’s Ambassador and contact them about their NSLC experience. Feel free to ask them about the day-to-day programming; adult supervision; housing; dress code; airport logistics, food; etc. They are here to help you!
