2021 Summer Tuition

Program tuition includes housing, all on-campus meals, course materials, academic expenses, and activities. Tuition also includes chartered, air-conditioned motor coaches for off-campus briefings and tours. Note: Students are responsible for the cost of travel to and from the program as well as individual spending money for souvenirs, laundry, and a few off-campus meals during fields trips and tours.

*Commuter students are provided three meals a day. Housing is not included. Commuters check-in each morning between 7:00-7:30 AM and are picked-up each night between 8:00-8:30 PM.

 

Cancellation Fees and Refund Policies

We are mindful of the challenges caused by the uncertainty of COVID-19. For that reason, we have pushed back our cancellation deadlines for 2021.

If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you have the following options:

Option 1: Cancellation

If Student Cancels… Cancellation Fee
By May 1 No cancellation fee, full refund.
May 2 to 30-days before program start date $350 cancellation fee (6-10 day programs)
$500 cancellation fee (18 day programs)
Within 30 days of program start date 100% of tuition paid.
All tuition paid is non-refundable
  • No refunds will be given within 30-days of the session start date.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).
  • If a session is running, the Student Protection Plan fees for accepted students are non-refundable.

 

Option 2: Pre-Registration for 2022

  • Apply these funds toward Pre-Registration for 2022.
  • NSLC will honor our 2021 tuition rates in 2022.
  • You will be given early access and choice of our 2022 dates and locations.
  • NSLC will refund all tuition paid during the current academic year minus the cancellation fee listed above. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the start date of the program. You may apply your nonrefundable cancellation fee toward a program next year.
  • Any refundable payments made during the 2020/2021 academic year will remain refundable until February 1, 2022. Note: Cancellation fees will remain non-refundable.

If the NSLC cancels your program, you will have the following options:

  • Option 1: Transfer to a different 2021 session
  • Option 2: Receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid during the 2020/2021 academic year
  • Option 3: Apply these funds toward Pre-Registration for 2022:
    • We will honor our 2021 tuition rates in 2022
    • You will be given early access and choice of our 2022 dates and locations
    • Your payments made during the 2020/2021 academic year will remain refundable until February 1, 2022.
