Discover careers and explore your passions through immersive pre-college summer programs for teens on the University of Michigan campus. The National Student Leadership Conference blends experiential learning with real-world simulations, giving high school students the opportunity to test-drive future careers while experiencing college life.

More than a typical youth summer camp, NSLC combines hands-on academic exploration with professional insight, connecting students with mentors and peers who share their ambitions. Each program is designed to build leadership skills and empower students to envision their future with confidence.

Life on a College Campus

Dates, Programs, & Tuition

NSLC provides a dynamic pre-college experience that prepares students for life beyond high school, allowing them to study in university classrooms, learn to navigate a campus, and experience living with roommates. All students are required to reside in supervised campus dormitories and will be provided meals through campus dining services.
