A tradition of winning
Duke's basketball team, led by head coach Mike Krzyzewski, has won the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship five times, second only to their local rival UNC-Chapel Hill.
Protected primates
The Duke Lemur Center, located on campus, is the largest sanctuary for strepsirrhine primates in the world.
